How much of your county budget is bleeding into mandatory overtime?

Across the country, county jails are facing severe staffing shortages. When you are down a dozen deputies, you can't afford to have your remaining booking staff bogged down by manual data entry and intake bottlenecks.

Your team shouldn't have to re-key information the arresting officer already collected. The EIS Jail Management System eliminates duplicate entry, speeds up the intake process, and reduces the administrative burden on your overworked staff. It is about protecting your deputies from burnout and delivering real, election-proof ROI to your taxpayers.

Stop letting outdated software drain your resources. Visit goeis.net to see how our JMS makes county operations easier.

Because managing legal documents should be efficient—not another headache.

Learn how EIS Civil Process Software can help your agency stay organized, compliant, and focused on serving your community.

Is your booking staff doing the work of three people?

County jails are under more pressure than ever due to staffing shortages and increasingly complex facility populations. If your team is entering the same data multiple times, you are losing valuable time in the intake area.

EIS JMS is built to eliminate the administrative busywork. We deliver true one-time data entry, real-time inmate tracking, and reporting that passes audits without wrecking a shift. From booking to release, tools like PocketJMS and barcode scanning keep movement logs clean and headcounts fast.

Better operational efficiency means safer deputies, less forced overtime, and real taxpayer savings for your county. Built for county jails and backed by 24/7/365 in-house support, we are a partner that isn't going anywhere.

We can help you run a safer, smarter facility. See how it fits your booking-to-release flow at https://www.goeis.net/.

EIS is hiring, and we're looking for someone who knows the job.

We need an Implementation Specialist to help agencies get up and running with our public safety software (Jail Management Systems, Police RMS, CAD, Mobile).

This isn't a gig where you read from a script. You'll train jail staff, deputies, and records clerks on tools they'll use every shift. If you've got law enforcement or corrections experience, you already speak the language. We'll teach you the software.

The short version:
- Remote position
- $65K–$75K/year
- Medical/dental/vision from Day 1
- 3 weeks vacation + 5 personal days
- 401k match + employee stock ownership
- Travel required (sometimes extended)
- 5+ years in law enforcement or software support

You've done the shifts. You've handled the headcount. Now help other agencies work smarter with software that was built for them.

How many screens does your team toggle through just to pull a single suspect history?

Three? Five? More?

That is the "swivel chair", bouncing between disconnected databases, re-keying the same data into different systems, hoping nothing falls through the cracks before the end of shift. Meanwhile, the industry is making one thing very clear: agencies adopting modern law enforcement technologies face complicated challenges around data silos, data sharing, and regulatory concerns. The agencies that solve those challenges first are the ones setting the standard.

Here's the reality:
- Every minute spent fighting your software is a minute not spent on the street.
- EIS Records Management was built to eliminate the swivel chair.
- One platform. One entry point. Lots of flexibility.
- Data flows where it needs to go, from the field to the detective's desk to the DA's office, without your people retyping a single line.
- No integration nightmares. No onboarding headaches.

Just a system that actually works with the tools you already have.

See what that looks like at goeis.net.

National Night Out is a powerful reminder that community safety is built on trust, connection, and everyday moments shared between officers and neighbors. EIS is proud to support the agencies that make these relationships a priority, not just tonight, but year-round.

Great conversations. New connections. One mission—supporting the professionals who keep our correctional facilities running safely and efficiently.

Jesse is representing EIS at the American Correctional Association (ACA) 156th Congress of Correction, and it's been great connecting with correctional leaders from across the country!

If you're attending the conference, there's still time to stop by Booth #438 to say hello, ask questions, and see how our correctional solutions help agencies simplify operations, improve efficiency, and better support staff.

Jesse looks forward to seeing you!

When your Jail Management System, Records Management System, and Mobile platform don't communicate, the cost goes far beyond inconvenience.

It means duplicate data entry, slower bookings, delayed information, and unnecessary risks for officers and corrections staff. Every minute spent re-entering information is time taken away from the work that matters most.

As agencies continue to face staffing challenges and growing demands, interoperability has become more than a technology feature; it's an operational necessity.

Our latest blog explores:
- Why disconnected systems create costly bottlenecks
- How interoperability improves officer safety and jail operations
- The hidden costs of the "swivel chair" workflow
- Why a connected software ecosystem helps agencies work smarter, not harder

The future of public safety isn't about collecting more data; it's about making the data you already have work together.

Read the full blog and see why system interoperability is becoming one of the most important investments agencies can make. https://www.goeis.net/post/why-system-interoperability-is-make-or-break-for-law-enforcement

How many times does your booking staff enter the same information before an inmate ever sees a cell?

Name. DOB. Charges. Arresting officer. Address. Emergency contact. Entered once in the field. Entered again at intake. Maybe a third time for the courts.

That's not a workflow. That's a punishment — and your staff are the ones serving the sentence.

With the United States hitting 10.6 million jail admissions every year, that kind of redundancy isn't just frustrating. It's expensive. It burns out good people. And it puts your county's taxpayer dollars toward keystrokes instead of public safety.

EIS builds Jail Management Software with one goal: get your people out of the data entry loop and back to the work that matters. Our JMS connects directly with RMS and works with your agency's CAD of choice, so booking data flows through once and lands where it needs to be — no re-keying, no copy-paste, no "Office Space" fantasies about the booking terminal.

We've been doing this for over 35 years with a direct, US-based team that answers the phone when you call. No overseas help desks. No ticket queues that disappear into the void.

Your staff run the jail. We just build the tools that make it easier.

How much time does your booking staff spend entering the same information more than once?

When arrest data has to be manually re-entered into a separate booking system, valuable time is lost during the intake process. Those extra steps can slow down bookings, increase workload, and pull staff away from other critical responsibilities.

That's why EIS Jail Management System is designed to accept booking information directly from arresting agencies, helping reduce duplicate data entry and improve efficiency from the moment an inmate arrives at your facility.

For more than 35 years, we have worked alongside Sheriff's Offices to provide solutions that support safer, more efficient operations. And when you need assistance, you'll work directly with our U.S.-based team for implementation, training, and ongoing support.

Spend less time entering data and more time focused on running your facility.
