Compiling all our warm up forms from my regular classes plus more, join me second Saturdays for a practice in Tai Chi followed by meditation. I’m honored to share what I’ve learned through my years in Dallas with knowledge curated from my many mentors at American Power Yoga - the foundation of my teachings.
Class will not require a mat. This will be a standing, moving meditation followed by seated meditation. Instruction is guided by breath like our regular classes. Practice is followed by a seated guided meditation.
