Most recently Ana Maria spent the last 7 years as Director of Events and Catering at the prestigious Golden Ocala Golf and Equestrian Club. Ana received many accolades during her tenure at Golden Ocala, including the 2010 Ocala’s Best of the Best for Wedding Consultant and being cited in The Knot as best of 2009. Prior to that, in South Florida, Ana

was associated with Marriott’s Miami properties as Director of Catering, Weston Golf and Country Club, Westin Cypress Creek and the Miami City Club atop Miami’s tallest building! During her time in South Florida, Ana handled visiting sports teams, Presidential visits and large conferences and conventions in addition to some fabulous wedding events within the busy Hispanic and Jewish communities. Many brides have had their dreams come to life because of Ana’s guidance. She is known in Central Florida for her attention to detail, and for the passion she brings to every aspect of wedding planning. Her time in Central Florida started at the UF Hilton Conference Center. While there, she consulted, planned and coordinated the day for the Nalbandian wedding - the largest and most extravagant social event in Gainesville in 2006. Most recently Ana Maria spent the last 7 years as Director of Events and Catering at the prestigious Golden Ocala Golf and Equestrian Club. She has brought her energy and enthusiasm to every bride and groom who had the pleasure of having her be a part of their special day – now you too can avail yourself of that expertise.

Hello friends, it has been a busy six months, and I am now involved in coordinating food and beverage for the Live Oak International 2015! Having lots of fun speaking with caterers, food truck people and other. Perfect time of the year to do this, be sure and look for Live Oak and the many events occurring through March 18 to March 22. Still doing weddings, special projects with Mojo Grill and Grand Oaks. Peace and love to all, Ana

It is July and it is hot....I know it has been a while but lots has happened....you can now find me, Ana Maria Soler, working with The Mojo Grill and Ocala Events as their Catering Director getting ready to open their new Ocala Events facility on Pine - a one stop shop! The last past months have been me doing some beautiful weddings at Golden Ocala, Jumbolair, Ballroom, and Ocala National the venues and their contacts are all incredible. The food at Mojos is so good, I have gained 6 pounds since I started (black beans and rice and empanadas the best, not even Miami!). Ocala National will now be featuring food by The Mojo Grill, and we look forward to growing that event more and more.

June saw our wedding show. Tony Evans will be posting some show pictures soon! Thank you to all who participated and supported us....we had over 240 guests and 80 lucky brides.

This is the time for class reunions, and family gatherings....have a great summer and I will be back soon...stay in touch!

March was a whirlwind, starting off with the Blaugh wedding March 1st at Jumbolair, where a beautiful bride marched down the oak avenue on a gorgeous horse, to the great food from Mojo's, and the beauty of Jumbolair to 4 days at LiveOak working with Rondo and Mojo's, Caitlin and Dawn with PT and the great crew from Live Oak. Ocala National continues to be a great partnership and I am looking forward to a great number of weddings starting off in July throughout the end of the year! I will have more photos soon! I am blessed.....a big thanks to all those who continue to support all my efforts. Stay tuned for news about the Wedding Show at Ocala National....more to come.

Hope all had a great holiday, fab food at Golden Ocala. Working with 2 lovely brides the next two week ends, with ceremony choreography. Visited Jumbolair they are really upgrading the property and packages. Also Ocala National has some new packages. Stella's pecan pie was just divine! Look for new posts now that I am back - and don't forget to visit / DIY Divas at the Ocala wedding architect site - talk with you soon!
