We had a great time this weekend fishing the 2025 Ocean City Inshore Classic. Tom, Chris and his daughter Emery caught plenty of flounder but none made it to the scales. Always a good tournament! Congratulations to all the winners!

Last Friday I had the opportunity of a life time to fish Montauk waters with Captain John Halkias and the legendary John Skinner aboard Just Fishing Charters out of Southold, NY on Long Island.

This was a fluke trip which is Skinner’s specialty. The wind hindered our range but the trip was far from a disappointment.

Frankie and I caught plenty of throwbacks while Skinner, Lance and Tom caught keepers ranging from 22 to 25 inches.

Halkias and Skinner taught us tips and tricks, told stories and there was plenty of jokes.

10/10 would recommend!
