We are excited to announce today that we will consolidate our regional Managed Technology brands into one national brand, TechMD.

This now gives us two national brands, TechMD for managed technology services and 1nteger for cybersecurity. Both brands, and our over 275 employees, will manage a national footprint and support small, medium and enterprise organizations through our regional offices in NY, MA, MD and CA.

The decision to change the brand name to TechMD was made after careful consideration and feedback from our clients. Moving to a national brand and footprint allows the company to enhance its service offerings and provide even better IT services to its clients in the form of faster response time, enhanced communications, expanded after hours support and more robust technical education. Cybersecurity, provided by sister-brand 1nteger, will remain a priority as well.

In October 2022, ICS (owner of Cards Tech) purchased Tech MD to complete our 5th tech acquisition and solidify our position as a national leader in managed tech services. ICS will remain the name of our legal corporate entity, but going forward, our technology brands will be divided into TechMD for managed IT solutions and 1nteger for cybersecurity. To create a flow, you need to go to one of your SharePoint libraries, select the three ellipses, select “integrate” and finally select “power automate.”

Here you can program SharePoint to send customized emails whenever a file is changed, automatically download email attachments to your SharePoint libraries and request managerial approval for important documents. You can also automate digital signature requests through Adobe Acrobat Sign and send document approvals through Microsoft Teams.
