Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to improve business and personal skills which will ultimately fuel success. s not for business owner simply looking for the next referral or to merely grow their business 5% this year. Our members are working toward growing 20 – 200% per year and are doing just that. If this is the type of growth you are looking for and you are willing to put in the effort to accomplish this goal, this may be the group for you. Participants challenge each other to set important goals and accomplish them. The group requires commitment, confidentiality, willingness to be creative, brainstorming, and support for each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. Mastermind group members act as a motivator for growth, devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues. Through this process members will hold each other and most importantly themselves more accountable for taking constructive action to improve their business and life.
