Daily Insight: "Patience" ✍🏻

Something I have been terrible at all my life.

We are an instant gratification society. The internet is the ultimate enabler.

I share this photo because I'm proud of my results. But I am even more proud of the patience I have had with the process.

Instead of focusing on the mirror and scale every day, I now do it weekly. It gives me time to see the results and the progress.

99% of the "over night success" you see, took 10-15 years to get there.

Have patience. Be dedicated. Enjoy the process! 🙌🏻
