We will be hosting a sale tomorrow and Sunday from 9am to 2pm both days. It is located at 2223 Almond Ln. in Preisker Gardens in Santa Maria. This sale is on the smaller side. This is the community yard sale weekend there, so there will be plenty of stuff for everyone. Please use guest parking, common sense and obey the park rules.

Here is a little history for those of you who didn't get to meet the marvelous Autumn Reeder. She was my longtime Neighbor/Friend for over 15 years. Really, she was my Godmother. You may have seen her volunteering during the sales from time to time. She enjoyed the whole process of sale days and enjoyed chatting it up with just about everybody. In 2018 our company founder and my significant other/mentor Nancy Gilmore was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She came home on and Autumn, Cindi Smith Kolec and I all took care of her. She had a great will to live and fought that horrible devastating disease for about a year and half. We were still operating this business at the same time too. So, Cindi stepped in for Nancy in the managerial roles, while continuing to also help care for Nancy. Autumn became the main caretaker due to her nursing background. So we all 3 helped each other through these very trying times and were able to provide Nancy with the best care possible. It was a very bonding time for all 4 of us including Nancy. In 2021 Autumn had a house fire and literally lost everything. I only lived across the street and had room, so I let her stay with me. She liked it here and I liked her company so she decided to stay permanently. This photo is from when Cindi and I took her to Las Vegas to gamble for her 80th birthday. Sorry for the long winded post.

Cindi Smith Kolec and I would like to thank everyone for the prayers, well wishes and condolences sent our way. We are so glad that we were fortunate enough to be able to comfort Autumn and spend precious quality time with her for her last few days. Along with the tremendous people at , they are amazing. We are glad she is peace now and no longer in such pain. We will be hosting a celebration of her life in about a month in oceano and will update everyone with details as they are available on our page. I will do a follow up post after this to go into detail as to our relationship over the years with the fabulous & funny Autumn Reeder. The wonderful Cindi has been more than amazing in every aspect during this tough process. So compassionate and caring she is a wonderful person in every sense of the word and a great caretaker on top of that. I owe her all the gratitude in the world for her help with both Nancy Gilmore and Autumn in their battles with cancer.

We are heartbroken to. announce that our wonderful friend/family member Autumn Reeder passed on to the other side this afternoon. God speed Autumn and say hello to Nancy Gilmore when you're there.

Hello to all our wonderful customers and friends. We feel that we should share some awful news with you. Many of you know Autumn from our sales. She was very recently diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer that has spread to her brain. She is now on hospice care with us at home. We are keeping her as comfortable as we are able so that she will have a soft landing.

If there are any funny stories or anything that makes Autumn as special as she is, please share them in the comments below and we will read them to her. She will enjoy them, I'm sure.

Please send your prayers, good thoughts and/or vibes to her. She is unable to have visitors but would enjoy hearing from you.

We will be open tomorrow, Saturday 10am-3pm at 1106 Dena Way in Santa Maria. We will also be open from 10am-3pm on Sunday & Monday. This sale has all sorts of neat stuff from around the world, both antique & vintage. Early birds please do not disturb the occupants.

We are completely done with the "hoarder" sale. We thank you all for attending all of the sales we had there and helping to clear this home. The new owners are completely renovating the house and breathing new life into it! It would not have been possible without you! Thank you!

Back when I was starting straight outta high school. Just a young buck, like 20 and now I'm an old man. 😅 This was working one of my very first sales. I've been a professional reseller since the age of 12. Peep the crazy long hair too. 👀😂
