Lovers of Riesling. We have some good good news for you. The Ries is back on the menu. Waiting for you to come sample it with friends, family, or anyone willing to hang out with you for an afternoon. Here is a little teaser from our W**emaker, Andrew “Ric Flair Aficionado” Wisniewski.

Our 2023 Riesling – Los Olivos District is aromatically charged with beautiful floral tones alongside candied nectarine, talc and orange blossom honey. The palate has a dense and juicy core of fruit framed by succulent acidity while showcasing notes of jasmine, matcha and kumquat. 100% whole cluster pressed. Fermented in 100% Stainless Steel using a combination of commercial and native yeast. Aged 5 months sur lie prior to bottling.

I highly recommend you set aside some time this weekend to come by and check this bad boy out. The weather is supposed to get better as each day passes so let’s do this thing.
