Make sure to do timely maintenance on the dryer yearly. You never know how much build up you have which can be a fire hazard.

When you have to drill coin boxes for coin op washer and dryer cause tenants keep jamming the machine trying to get “free cycles” and the keys are lost to properly empty the boxes.

If your dishwasher is giving an H20 or FTD error code, this is the main issue, clogged pressure switch due to failure of properly cleaning dishwasher on regular basis and getting rid of the hard foods on plates and bowls.
