Quality is built into the process, not just checked at the end.

D&H Industries is hiring Quality Technicians for 1st and 2nd shift in Oconomowoc, WI.

This role works directly with production to keep parts on target through first-piece, in-process and final inspection. You’ll read blueprints and control plans, use tools such as calipers, micrometers and height gauges, document findings, and support problem-solving when something is out of spec.

Experience with PPAP, FMEA, root-cause analysis and manufacturing quality systems is valuable.

2nd shift includes a $3.00/hour shift premium.

Galvanized steel in the .125 to .500 in range puts real demands on a stamping program. Zinc coating behavior under high forming loads affects surface integrity in ways that show up late if forming sequences and die geometry are not dialed in from the start. D&H Industries runs mechanical and hydraulic presses to 2,000 tons at dhmetalstamping.com, and the press range matters less than how the tooling is engineered to work within it. Class A finishes on the formed part are achievable on carbon steel, and the same discipline applies to galvanized work where coating adhesion through the draw is part of the specification. When a galvanized component moves from prototype intent to a production die, at what point in your program does coating survivability through forming become a firm spec requirement rather than a review item?

Looking to get into manufacturing, or ready for a better shop environment?

D&H Industries is hiring Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shift in Oconomowoc, WI.

You’ll work with automated equipment and robots to produce parts, perform basic quality checks, take measurements, and help keep production moving. Manufacturing experience is preferred for 1st shift, but D&H is also open to training people with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM
2nd Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour

Machine operators: Run equipment and robotic systems, inspect parts, and check measurements. D&H is willing to train people who are new to manufacturing.
