The Fellowship of Extraordinary Women FEW® was founded by Kimberly Joy to awaken, activate, & accelerate women in their Divine destinies! We accelerate the extraordinary in YOU!

FEW® offers Membership, Publishing, and the FEW® Institute of Leaders, Trainers, and Speakers. FEW provides an extensive array of services dedicated to helping women accelerate EXTRAORDINARY in their lives! Some of our Events and Trainings include:

4. FEW Institute of Certified Confident Speakers for Women - designed to help women craft their unique and EXTRAORDINARY signature talks and share them with confidence. This course includes hands-on training and professional storytelling assistance, along with business-building strategies to create a 7-figure speaking business!

5. FEW International Publications - We help women share their EXTRAORDINARY stories with the world through professional publishing services. Complete memoir or co-author packages are available.

I love hearing the FEW® women speak about our Core Values. They always think of something that I haven’t thought of!

They relate them to stories from their own lives.

The Core Value part of our monthly gathering not only introduces our Members to the values we hold dear, but it introduces them to one of their fellow Members and the stories that she’s ready to tell.

Tomorrow, Francisca Vergara is speaking on Core Value #12: Extraordinary Women Leave a Godly Legacy of Faith, Love, and Serving Others.

You cannot lead confidently with gifts you have never taken time to discover.

Many women know they are capable. They know how to work hard, help others, solve problems, and carry responsibility. But capability is not the same as clarity.

What gifts did God actually place in you?

At the FEW® Certified Leadership Event next week, we will use a spiritual gifts assessment to help you identify your strongest gifts among 16 spiritual gifts.

We will also look at whether your graces and your gifts are flowing together.

That matters.

When you understand how God has wired you, and how to optimize that, comparison loses some of its power. You stop trying to lead like someone else and begin stewarding what He already entrusted to you.

This is not about building ego. It is about becoming faithful with what is already in your heart and hands.

That is the work we will move through together:

Release what has been trying to shape you. (Rather, trying to mis-shape you!)

Discover who God created you to be. (Spoiler alert: She’s extraordinary!)

Move into your calling with clarity and action. (Now. Not someday, because there’s work for you to do in God’s kingdom.)

Are you ready to lead from your true identity in Christ?

Before we lead teams, businesses, families, or rooms, we have to allow the Holy Spirit to lead us into honest self-exploration. That internal work shapes how we see ourselves WILL shape how we make decisions, use our gifts, and steward our Kingdom assignments.

One woman shared this after The Fellowship of Extraordinary Women (FEW) Certified Women’s Leadership Course:

What if Tuesday night is the room you didn’t know you needed? 💜

You know that feeling when you walk into a room and immediately realize, these are my kind of women?

That’s what we’re creating at FEW East Metro Atlanta.

Women who are building. Women who are becoming. Women who are navigating new seasons and asking God, What’s next?

This Tuesday, August 18, from 5:30–7:30 PM in Covington, we’re gathering for an evening of connection, encouragement, meaningful conversation, and purpose.

No pressure. No need to have it all figured out. Just come as you are and experience a room filled with women who are growing, believing, and making room for what God has next.

And yes, there are opportunities beyond our monthly gatherings, including member benefits, certifications, publishing opportunities, and ways to expand your influence.

But honestly?
