The Fellowship of Extraordinary Women (FEW) is delighted to recognize our newest FEW Online Member, Denise Kennedy.
Denise is a blessed momma of a blended family of four children and married to her childhood best friend, Joe. She has a passion for fur babies, houseplants and chickens!
Denise is overwhelmed by how amazing it is to be a grandma. Having the honor of being Grammy DeeDee to two incredible grandbabies is a blessing beyond measure!
God has seen her through a turbulent and traumatic past of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual abuse. Through her journey of recovery, Denise feels led to share her testimony in hopes of encouraging and reminding women how much the Lord loves them in every circumstance.
He has changed her life in a mighty way. and prays her testimony will provide hope, light, and love. She is currently writing her memoir.
Alongside her husband, Joe Kennedy, Denise played a pivotal role in one of the most significant religious liberty cases in modern American history. Their courage and unwavering obedience to God led to a landmark United States Supreme Court decision that resulted in a historic ruling that strengthened protections for religious expression nationwide.
Denise and Joe’s extraordinary story of love, faith, perseverance, and religious liberty is chronicled in the major motion picture and book “Average Joe.”
Congratulations and welcome to The Fellowship of Extraordinary Women, Denise!
