Linen signs are beautiful but so many couples do not factor in the wind. A light breeze lets the sign have an effortless sway, but true wind makes it unreadable.

This doesn’t mean skip the linen sign, it just means you need to plan ahead! Signs can be attached on the top and bottom if needed (make sure the stand is weighed down to prevent falling) or if the fabric drapes slightly past the floor - another decor item can help keep it in place (insert floral arrangement here).

So lucky to have been one of the finalists for best signage company in Wisconsin 💙 Being one of the five nominees is pretty damn cool 🦋

And let’s be honest I love any chance to dress up.

Cheers to the winners, to the vendors who made the event happen, and to the devilishly handsome man that has helped build Blue Green Designs to what it is. We love a supportive husband 🥂

One of my favorite pieces this year. We brought in texture and dimension by incorporating the same fabric as their head table linen overlayed with acrylic, cardstock, and custom wax seals.

It was so fun to not only play with the linen and other materials, but to really tie in all the small details of their day.
