Yesterday wrapped up Military Appreciation Month, and we ended it feeling proud of the community we have built and the ways we show up for those who have served.

As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, supporting the military community is not something we do once a year. It is woven into who we are.

Through our SkillBridge Internship Program, we open our doors to service members transitioning out of the military and help them build a path into the civilian workforce.

In partnership with the Baltimore Orioles, we donate our suite every Sunday to military organizations, and through the Military Welcome Program, we welcome a veteran or active duty service member onto the field at every home game.

We also support the Operation Dream Maker Fund through Make-A-Wish, which grants wishes to children with critical illnesses whose parents or guardians serve or have served in the military.

We are always looking for new ways to deepen our impact in the military and veteran community. If you know of an organization, program, or initiative we should be part of, let us know!

This past weekend, we hosted an exclusive IMAX screening of The Mandalorian and Grogu for our team members and their families. The evening was filled with character appearances, fun prizes, and unforgettable memories. Events like these are just one small way we show appreciation for our incredible team and all they do.

May is Military Appreciation Month, and at RBR-Technologies as a SDVOSB we want to honor and support our service members, veterans, and military families year-round. This month, we strived to make that support even more meaningful.

Last night, we had the honor of hosting veteran Max, retired military working dog Dex, and their family in our military-themed suite at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. It was a special evening made even more meaningful as Max was recognized through the Military Welcome Program, our partnership with the Baltimore Orioles.

This incredible program recognizes a veteran and/or active-duty service member on the field during every non-Sunday home game. After the fifth inning, they step onto the field in front of tens of thousands of fans who rise to their feet in applause, a powerful moment of gratitude and recognition for those who have served our country.

Happy Military Appreciation Month to all who have served and continue to serve our country. Thank you for your sacrifice and dedication.

Last Friday, several RBR employees came together for a great day at Renditions Golf Course in support of RISE FOR AUTISM's annual charity golf tournament. The day was filled with friendly competition, beautiful views, and support for an incredible mission.

RISE for Autism is an organization that provides vital resources for individuals with Autism Spectrum and Related Disorders. Their programs include sensory-friendly events, teen nights, family grants, and a lifetime continuum of therapeutic support. RBR has been proud to support their work for over 10 years.

Thank you to the RISE team for the impact you continue to make in the community.

One of the best perks of being part of RBR Technologies is getting together outside the office at our family-friendly events, from fishing on the Chesapeake Bay to cheering knights on at Medieval Times.

Three years ago, RBR became the Orioles Military Suites Partner with one goal: give back to the people who gave everything. This season, we took that commitment further.

This year, we expanded our partnership with the Baltimore Orioles through the addition of the Military Welcome Program. This program recognizes a Veteran and/or Active Duty Service Members on the field during every non-Sunday home game. After the fifth inning, they walk out in front of tens of thousands of fans who stand and applaud -- not for a player, not for a highlight reel, but for their service.

The Orioles' season is officially underway, and so is one of our favorite employee perks. Each season, our team and their guests get to take in a game from our private suite at Camden Yards.
