Our CEO was asked by Reshma Saujani (founder of Girls Who Code and Marshall Plan for Moms) to join a focus group where she was able to represent military spouses who have children.

Child care. Food Insecurity. Under and unemployment. Lack of understanding and more are all areas that need addressing.

This is something we are so excited to share. We are happy to share our expertise on the military community and military intersectionality with NASA! We cannot wait to work with our fellow DEI practitioners on these panels. There are a few other big announcements coming as well so stay tuned!

We've had quite a few people in our corner cheering us on and keeping us grounded when things were shaky. Our founder has felt pressure and push back. She's spoken to her mentors in and outside of the military space as well as the DEI space and everyone has said the same thing "we need you, keep going".

After some time away. Some meditation, reflection, and healing. We are finally ready to announce our podcast, "It's giving GROWTH!"
