These two photos in this video are very special to us.
Here is WHY??
Because what is showing in these 2 photos is an equipment was installed 3 years ago at another retired HVAC contractor home. he hired someone else to install it while he was away from home in 2019 and came back to see that poor quality of installation. since the equipment was installed it had nothing but problems. until we start doing business with him as of May 2022, he had visited us while we did multiple jobs for him, and every time he visits us while we installing HVAC equipment at any of his investment properties. His comments was the following: "I'm really impressed with your work and how you take your time to do the best job possible" until a major problem happened at his home where the HVAC equipment and internal components was water damaged due to the poor quality of installation. He then asked us if we can reinstall the entire system from the scratch!!. to earn that kind of trust from a retired HVAC contractor and Chief Engineer in one of the largest commercial property management companies in the USA. It means a lot to us. It is what makes us continuing to do our job to the best we can every time on every single job.
