AT&T just notified us of another major network outage that we are unfortunately part of again. Will update here when we have more information. They did not give us an ETR.

I am trying to get an update from AT&T on the status of the outage. As soon as I get information , I will pass it on here. I know it goes without saying that we’re upset about this outage . However , things happen beyond our control and this is one of those times. We are trying through every means necessary to obtain information and will continue to do so. The squeaky wheel gets oiled and we are continuing to be that squeaky wheel. Please be patient with us and know we are doing everything we possibly can to get you back online.

Latest update from ATT contractors. Unfortunately it’s not good.

“Area flooded water is 35 ft deep at bridge and unable to access area. Work will have to be placed on hold until water recedes for safety concerns.

Area heavily flooded creek is going out of bank covering a large area , possible deep water. May need a longer footage cable and a possible work around for fix.”

OUTAGE!!

AT&T has notified us that we are part of a MAJOR OUTAGE! No ETR as of yet! Will update accordingly as new information becomes available.

We have just been made aware of an outage in the West and South Odessa areas. A work ticket has already been issued to AT&T as it is a fiber issue and not a network issue. We ask for your patience and I will update here when new ETA has been received.

We are aware there is an outage . ATT has informed us that we are part of a major outage . We are waiting on details and will pass them on as we learn more about ETA of repairs.
