Hi everyone! Just a friendly reminder the pool is open 10am-10pm you are not able to stay after hours due to noise regulation and out do respect for the neighbors. We had an incident where OPD was called out and its unclear if it was an intruder or if we had a neighbor staying later than 10pm. Please respect one another and clean up after yourselves.

Pool is closed for shock today and re-opens wed evening.

Pool will close today-tomorrow and reopen the 18th at 6pm for shock treatment due to algae from the rain.

All plumbing repairs from the slab leak have been resolved and we have restored water to the club house sink and have hot water to that sink! Thank you to our maintenance man for sorting this out for us.

Hi everyone the pool is open for the swimming season. Reminder. To remove all your trash and to not leave toys behind. Also no balls in the back yard. We have had issues with several broken windows and this can not continue. Moving forward we will fine anyone who breaks a window. Please let me know if you want to reserve the club house for a day. This is limited to 2 times in a 12 month period to keep availability for the rest of the home owners/tenants.
