We’re the team that literally helps people celebrate winning—and we’re growing.

If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and love turning ideas into reality—let’s talk!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Design and prep artwork for customer orders using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and our CAD software
• Collaborate with our customer service team to get design details just right
• Work with engraving software (don’t worry—we’ll train you)
• Own your projects and help keep jobs flowing smoothly through production

THE DETAILS:
• Start at 25 hours/week — can grow to 40 hours/week
• Pay: $15–$20 per hour depending on experience
• No design experience required (but it’s a plus!)
• Flexible scheduling
• Paid training
