A few days ago we shared that we’re building a new WhiteClouds Industrial Studio. What we didn’t share was what’s going inside of it.

The vision has never been to create just another warehouse or fabrication shop. We’re building an immersive creative environment centered around giant props, 3D fabrication, storytelling, innovation, and larger-than-life experiences.

This is just one small glimpse of the direction we’re heading. And yes… this is designed to tower directly above part of our office/showroom space.

Still a lot of work ahead. But the vision is starting to become real.

Something BIG is taking shape.

For years, WhiteClouds has helped brands, events, universities, and creators bring larger-than-life ideas into the real world.

Now we’re building something of our own.

A massive new industrial studio designed for giant props, immersive environments, large-scale fabrication, 3D printing, worldbuilding, innovation, and storytelling at an entirely new level.

40,000+ square feet.
34-foot ceilings.
One vision.

Still under construction.
Still a lot of work ahead.
But the vision is becoming real.

Built at scale. Finished with precision. Installed for impact.
This custom Lionel Messi Funko Pop! figure was commissioned by Funko and fabricated and painted in its entirety by WhiteClouds for the opening of the Funko retail experience inside Nu Stadium. At roughly 6 feet tall, the statue was produced through large-scale 3D printing and brought to life with detailed professional finishing and paint work. The final result creates an instant focal point for fans walking into the space.

WhiteClouds designed and fabricated this custom 3D watershed topographical model for the James River Association as an educational tabletop interactive display. Built to help students engage with watershed systems in a hands-on way, the model combines detailed terrain, integrated RGB LED lighting to demonstrate river flow, and a built-in drainage feature for water-based learning activities.

The topographical model measures 60” x 36” x 2.25” and sits on a custom base measuring 61” x 37” x 5.75”. Alongside the finished display, these photos also show some of the LEGO models students are building as part of the “Build the Change” experience, adding another creative layer to this unique educational environment.

Projects like this highlight WhiteClouds’ ability to transform complex concepts into durable, interactive physical displays that are both visually compelling and purpose-built for learning.

This project started as a digital concept and ended as a live, public reveal.

WhiteClouds fully designed, fabricated, and hand-painted this custom faux bronze statue—created from scratch to function as both a visual punchline and a durable event centerpiece. The goal was to balance humor, likeness, and craftsmanship at full scale.

This sabertooth tiger was commissioned as a trade-show centerpiece, designed to stop traffic and reinforce product identity at full scale.

Our team custom painted the statue to exact Pantone specifications, fabricated a leather collar with screwhead details provided by the client, and finished the eyes with UV-activated paint that glows under blacklight. The result was built specifically for durability, lighting conditions, and close-range viewing on the show floor.

Trade-show work like this is as much about ex*****on as it is about design.
