Most SEO advice for beginners starts in the wrong place.
New business owners are often told to focus on tools, plugins, keyword density, backlinks, and Google updates.
Those things can matter.
But theyโre not the best place to start.
SEO starts with a much simpler idea:
Help the right person find the right answer at the right time.
That means your website should answer real customer questions clearly. It should explain what you do, who you help, where you work, and why someone should trust you.
That kind of clarity helps people.
It also helps Google, local search, and AI search tools better understand your business.
