Photos by Melanie A. Porter I am aspiring to be a photographer, and I have put this page up to share some of my work with the wo I am Utah-born, but raised in North Carolina.

Just a little about me...my friends call me Carolina (as a nick-name), and I LOVE IT as the name reminds me to see the simple joys of the creations around us, and to remember my roots of southern hospitality. As a child, I was fascinated by my older brother's love and passion for photography. Photos are truly an art form to me, and I desire to capture all of the beautiful creations around me. To me, a photo can truly capture the most precious moments in our life.

This is the kind of Sweet Potato Casserole recipe everyone will ask you for. The sweet potato soufflé is topped with mini marshmallows and a brown sugar streusel. It’s a huge hit with the kids too!

My Grandma Made this "Chicken Noodle Casserole", y'all help me make her day with compliments ...Thanks 🥰❤

1 package (12 oz) egg noodles, cooked and drained
Meat from 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 cans (10 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
