This is it. This is the sale you have been waiting for!

This Estate is huge in Kaysville! This couple had an antique store and a sewing, quilting, store. When they closed those stores down, they kept all the inventory and then spent the next 25 years collecting more. There is soooooo much we are going to have to do this sale in two phases. Phase one will be June 20 and June 21. This is a fair start sale which means nobody will be let in early. The sale starts promptly at 9:30 am and ends at 1:30 pm.

This sale will be PHASE ONE as we could only get to the upstairs and garage. There will be a phase 2 in a few weeks that will include the downstairs and the shop as well as a trailer FULL and a storage shed ALSO FULL.

We have a good one coming up friends! This one is going to be EPIC if you are into vintage, antique, or collectible. We are just getting started. We haven’t even set a date yet but we are leaning towards June 20 &21 ( yes, it’s that big it’s going to take us 3 weeks to organize)
This one has it all if you are into antiques and collectibles.
Initial inspection I found Tiffany style lamps, Fitz and Floyd’s, Barrister Book cases, Lennox, vintage clothing, antique desks, Singer Festherweight, guitars, Bone China, Trunks, vintage baskets, dolls (so many dolls!), vinyl records, vintage Coleman lanturns, antiwue books, blow molds, vintage bikes, and we have not even started digging.
This will be in Kaysville. I will post the address as we get closer.
4000 sq ft and it’s hoarded up to the ceiling with treasures.
