We are a growing company with an immediate need for serious dependable candidates who have availability to work FULL-TIME Shifts Mid Day, Evening.

Responsibilities include:

Answer and assist inbound callers. Greet callers with a warm friendly tone and speak professionally. Listen attentively, show empathy, and deliver exceptional service. Update and maintain customer information where applicable. Ability to multi-task and work well with others and work self-sufficiently with minimal supervision

Required experience:

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent computer literacy and problem-solving skills. Experience in a call center environment a big plus.

Required experience: Some call center experience preferred.

Paid Training
PTO - Paid Time Off

Benefits: at 60 days of Full-Time Employment.

Medical Benefits provided and paid by iCall after 60 days of employment. Vision and Dental covered 75%. Voluntary benefits including Accident, Disability, Critical Illness, Cancer, Term and Whole Life, Wellness, and Identity Theft Protection.
