We needed to take a moment to say a truly heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out for our Tiki Takeover on Saturday. The support you showed us was overwhelming, humbling, and, at times, honestly brought us to tears.

We have poured our hearts and souls into Cork n Screw. From the beginning, our hope has been to create more than just a winery—we wanted to create a gathering place where everyone feels welcome, where you walk through the door as a customer and, before long, feel like family.

But our commitment to community goes far beyond the four walls of Cork n Screw. Whether it’s organizing First Fridays in Oil City, creating the fun bar crawls along Seneca Street, or finding new ways to bring people downtown, our goal has always been the same: to build up our community by bringing people and businesses together. We believe community events are at their best when everyone feels welcomed, included, and has the opportunity to be part of something special. There is room for all of us, and when we support one another, our entire community wins.

Saturday night reminded us just how special our CnS family—and this community—has become.

Our line was out the door for hours, and we know that meant longer-than-usual waits for food and drinks. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding. After every big event, we sit down and talk about our “lessons learned” because we never want to stop improving your experience. And believe us—we learned a lot this weekend! ❤️

They say it takes a village to raise a child, and we think the same can be said about building a small business and a brand.

A very special thank you to Stefanie and Jason, who saw us getting overwhelmed and jumped in without ever being asked. We love you guys and are so thankful you’re part of the Screw Crew. And to our bartenders, Bethany and Tifany—you absolutely rocked it. Even when things got crazy, you kept smiling, stayed positive, and kept going. We appreciate you more than you know.

Most of all, thank YOU. Every person who waited in line, ordered a drink, grabbed some food, bought a bottle, told a friend, or simply chose to spend your Saturday night with us—you made this night what it was.

For many of you, Tiki Takeover was your very first Cork n Screw experience. We sincerely hope it won’t be your last. Come back and see us again—we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back, spend a little more time with you, and show you what the CnS experience is all about.
