Clari’s Kitchen friends, you may have noticed that it has been very quiet on this page for quite some time and that is because I am stepping away from the cheffing and stepping completely into my healing work.

I have loved cooking up delicious meals for my clients, it has been a good run and now it's on to the next chapter.
