On any project, in any team, within any culture or business mission and strategy there can by varying levels of momentum and deadlock. The Industrial age model encouraged businesses to be clear on their strategy and plan then cascade its messages through the organisation and through the market. This linear model of thinking and communicating no longer applies in the digital economy. It is replaced by the understanding that we are instead working in interlocking networks of customers, staff, managers, owners and so on. Online the delineation between public and private, professional and personal are no longer clear.

To be successful in this world, Momentum provides you and your organisation with a framework to discern how your strategies, missions, and communication can either move you on a downard spiral toward deadlock or an upward spiral toward collective momentum.
