My services could be helpful to clients who can’t drive, or clients who can’t leave work during business hours. I’m available to meet with you or your clients at locations that are convenient to them.
If you need me to pick up documents before meeting with clients, I’ll be glad to accommodate this request. If you require documents to be returned to your office for additional processing after they are notarized, couriering documents back to your office isn’t a problem.
Fees: My fees are reasonable and based on the client’s location. For instance, my convenience fee for traveling directly to a client in Ourtown is usually $15 plus notarial fees as set by our state. I am available to go to outlying areas such as Tulsa. Stillwater and rural areas for a fee of $50 plus mileage to those locations. (I will always provide a quote via email so that we are in agreement about my charges.)
Hours: I am available 24/7 .
Payment methods/receipts: I accept cash, PayPal, Google Pay, and credit cards. I can also bill your office for fees. I will also provide an itemized receipt to the paying party (you or your client) at the time service is rendered.
Telephonic hearings/remote depositions: If you need a notary to meeting with a client to administer an oath for a telephonic hearing or remote deposition, I will quote a fee for that service upon being notified of your client’s location.
Group rates: Some of my attorney clients require notarial services after hours for several people at a group meeting. Please contact me for more information on this type of service.
Other details: Clients should provide their own witnesses, if needed. They should also be prepared to provide a reliable form of ID such as a passport, state ID card, or driver license.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to working with you. Please call me if you need additional information.
Sincerely,
Christina Mason .
