SHAME, SHAME!!!! This documentary is not only an amazing piece of work…the young woman director/creator.….man, this girl right here deserves EVERYTHING that’s coming to her.

In this industry, to truly make it in this industry you gots to watch yourself! You gots to learn to role with the flow of things and not show your a$$ before you know what’s coming for you!

Truly blessed that it was through our festival that not one but 3 filmmakers maybe getting concrete distribution deals through Netflix’s and Lions Gate!

We may be a small film festival, and we still may need to get things a lil tighten up…but when a young woman submits her documentary into 27 film festivals and than decided last minute to submit to our festival and happens to sit next to my mentor at Friday nights viewings. Than follows through at the mixer….Hmm, they say the power of networking is all about the ”show up”!

Come on now!

OBFF is on Radio Silence. Our apologies to anyone this inconveniences.

Our winners have been notified and one has asked to delay the announcement of her film and the other two winners have agreed to delay theirs as well.

Some folks are superstitious and even though we are not we will honor and do everything to support our filmmakers.
