Russell Kim I started my EOS journey in 2017 when I implemented EOS in my custom audio video business which I founded in 1985. I am a Certified Kolbe Consultant as well.

I’ve been a lifelong entrepreneur with over 40 years of starting and growing various businesses from commercial real estate, retail cycling, to Audio Dimensions (custom audio video business). I raised my sales 30% and raised my bottom line from 10% to 24%! I went on to successfully sell my Audio Dimensions business to a private equity group in 2019. I bring a unique perspective that reflects my 40+ years of successful entrepreneurial experience and all the trials and tribulation that you can only get from the driver’s seat and with everything you own on the line. As your guide to implementing EOS, I will teach you, coach you, and push you to do the things that you would never do without this system. These are the things that will make you and your company great and, ultimately, provide you with a better life.
