Our Technology team recently hosted an onsite Software & Product Development Hackathon, bringing Product Managers, Software Engineers, Designers and technical leaders together to focus on building what’s next.
Teams explored new technologies, challenged existing processes and turned ideas into working prototypes focused on improving efficiency, streamlining workflows and enhancing the customer experience.
The Hackathon highlighted the creativity, collaboration and problem-solving behind Flowco’s digital solutions, and we’re excited to see where these ideas go next.

A strong turnout with an even stronger impact.
Our Flogistix team recently came together for a blood drive, increasing blood donations by 150% compared to our last drive in January.
Together, our employees donated enough blood to potentially help save up to 42 lives.
Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and helped make this drive such a success. It is incredible to see what we can accomplish when our team comes together to support our community.

Hands-on training helps turn equipment knowledge into practical understanding.

Our Flogistix team recently provided VRU and facility layout training in the Uinta Basin, giving participants the opportunity to learn more about v***r recovery fundamentals, equipment operation, and how each component works within the production facility.

By combining classroom concepts with real-world equipment and facility layouts, these sessions help build a stronger understanding of v***r recovery applications in the field.

Flogistix was proud to welcome students from El Sistema Oklahoma to our El Reno manufacturing facility for two days of hands-on learning and fun on June 11 and July 10.

Students from elementary through high school explored a variety of interactive stations featuring drones, electric vehicles, big rigs, career opportunities, and creative and commercial roles. The events also included face painting, water balloons, snow cones, and pizza.

El Sistema Oklahoma provides free music education and opportunities that help local students grow as musicians, leaders, and members of their community.

Our teams spent July showing up for the communities where we live and work.

In Pleasanton, team members helped prepare for Safer Path Family Violence Shelter’s Bags & Bling Bingo and attended the event. During setup, they also stepped in to get the venue’s AC running, helping keep volunteers comfortable and ensuring it was ready for the event.

Our El Reno manufacturing team collected 500 kid-friendly food items for El Reno Blessing Baskets' Kids and Family Program, surpassing its goal of 400.

We also recognized the important work of Bethesda, Inc. by treating its staff to a mini retreat hosted by Healthy Living Norman, giving the team time to recharge through yoga and a sound bath session.

To close out the month, members of our El Reno manufacturing team volunteered on a Friday night at Youth & Family Services, Inc.'s annual Back-to-School Bash, helping local children enjoy free haircuts, meals, activities and school supplies.

A valuable week of connection, collaboration, and forward thinking.

Our Area Managers gathered in Arlington to discuss key Field Services initiatives, including Condition-Based Maintenance, Flowco University, fleet and DOT safety, financial performance, and new tools designed to better support technicians in the field.

The retreat also gave the team an opportunity to step away from daily operations, exchange ideas, and spend time together outside of work, including a night at the ballpark.

We appreciate the leadership, experience, and commitment this group brings to our field teams every day.

The decision to rent or own a v***r recovery unit comes down to more than how the equipment is financed. It also determines how maintenance, optimization, and long-term support are handled.

All Flogistix units include LOGIX PLC advanced controls, whether the equipment is rented, leased, or purchased. Flux capabilities can also support automation, SCADA, reporting, and real-time remote connectivity.

For operators who rent or lease, Flogistix by Flowco can include scheduled maintenance, service calls, and ongoing unit optimization within the monthly fee.

For operators who prefer ownership, Flogistix offers standard and custom packages backed by in-house engineering. Preventive maintenance and call-out support agreements are also available.

Both options can be configured with full NACE MR0175 specifications and emissions-free capabilities.

There is no single right answer for every site. The right approach depends on the expected operating life, available internal resources, production conditions, and the level of ongoing support needed.

Each year, our employees nominate colleagues who go above and beyond to make a difference in their communities. This year, we are proud to recognize Nickalus Alcozer as Flogistix by Flowco’s 2025 Volunteer of the Year.

Nickalus received multiple nominations from coworkers who described him as someone whose generosity, leadership and commitment to others can be seen in everything he does.

“Every action Nick takes in a day is meant to directly impact his community in a positive way.”

Nickalus founded and coaches the Pampa Silent Warriors youth track team, creating opportunities for children who may not otherwise have the chance to participate in organized athletics. He also supports Community Christian School through fundraising and school supply donations, participates in charitable drives at the Pampa facility and regularly donates blood.

Recently, we had the privilege of celebrating Nickalus during a special Volunteer of the Year luncheon.

Congratulations, Nickalus, and thank you for the example you set through your generosity, leadership and commitment to serving others.

Last week, our team gathered at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark for an employee night with the Oklahoma City Comets.

Events like this give us a chance to connect outside of work, catch up with coworkers, and spend time with the people who make Flogistix by Flowco what it is. Between the baseball, the ballpark food, and plenty of good conversation, it was a great evening together in downtown Oklahoma City.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a fun night. We are already looking forward to the next one.
