Hi friends!👋🏼

A quick favor: during the pandemic I was locked out of my Facebook account and profile and it’s been a challenge to restore. Not having access to my Facebook account or business page has not been an easy problem to solve so we have had to start over. I thought we might just leave it behind and move forward with Instagram etc but it’s a necessity for many social media planning platforms.

Good vs Bad Managers Part II 2️⃣

▫️Good Managers provide regular, consistent feedback on performance.

▫️Bad Managers provide feedback only on yearly evaluations (if they do this)

▫️Good Managers value learning and development

▫️Bad Managers think they’ve made it and don’t value continuing development

▫️Good Managers communicate consistently and keep their people in the know

▫️Bad Managers communicate when there’s a problem

▫️Good Managers reply only to the people who are involved in a project

▫️Bad Managers reply to all/CC everyone to CTA

▫️A GOOD Manager can make all the difference in how engaged we are, how well we perform and our overall health and well-being.

▫️A BAD Manager can also slowly erode away at our engagement, performance and health.

Time spent in silence is another form of self-care.☁️

▫️Sitting in silence may not be comfortable at first, but it is a useful tool for caring for the self. Time without distractions, devices or darlings allow our minds and hearts to settle.

▫️So often when we have downtime, we fill it up with more input, data, information, media, planning, etc.

▫️Sitting in silence can be a great place to start your journey toward greater self-care, self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-honesty, self-healing, and self-growth.

▫️Start with 5 min a day. Slowly increase over time.

It takes both a motivated Mindset + supportive Skillset to make a change.

If you are inspired and motivated to make a change, that’s great, and you will need supportive and new skillsets/behaviors/tools/resources to assist in developing those changes.

These two things support and sustain change. When your mindset or motivation wavers —you have skills and behaviors to back you up.

Some days we need reminders that the sun will stream in and that life's simple pleasures are enough. Some days I just need to remind myself that sitting here in this moment is a gift and I get to choose joy over suffering. I get to choose to love this moment. In all of life's messiness, we all need reminders we get to choose being in the present moment and making that/this moment joyful. I hope you are doing the same today. ☀️🌼✨

What are you holding on tightly too?

Are you looking for wholeness but it is hard to find?

Want to become the best version of you?

All of this is on the other side of dismantling all of the old thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, internal structures and defense mechanisms we keep going back to over and over..

When you can hold steady in the face of relational conflict and say, “how did I contribute to this/add to this?”, you are stepping into a whole new level of growth, dismantling and accountability.
