We are always looking for ways go above and beyond for the properties we protect!

One of our daytime officers had a feeling something was wrong at one of the hotels. While working a nearby property he observed the fire department responding to the area.

Upon arrival it was determined they had a guest in the hotel needing help. Using his knowledge of the property he was able to assist medical crews and the police with finding the guest. The guest was having what ended up being a drug induced episode. Emsa got him treated and transported to the hospital where he could get the help he needed.

Great work guys!
During routine patrols our officer found a women screaming for her daughter. After a search of the property it was discovered that the 5 year old little girl was missing. We called the police and started a search calling in several more officers. After several minutes ofc Murphy discovered her at a near by park, that her and her mother played. So we would like to take a moment to thank officer Matt Murphy for his efforts in reuniting this family!

Responded to a call regarding fraud at one of our hotels that ended up stretching over 2 hotels with 2 different owners! Those involved and possibly more were stopped in their tracks.

From start to finish, we investigate 100% to make sure the ones responsible are held accountable!

Four more subjects found and removed from a vacant unit we've been tasked with watching!

A lot of our competitors drive through parking lots with their lights on and call it "security".
Meanwhile people like this are watching from inside your units as they drive by.

Thats not our thing.

Proactive security presence for the win... again!

Last night, one of our officers observed a male passed out in a running vehicle with a semi-automatic shotgun next to him in the front seat. He quickly secured the area and contacted the police. When the police arrived and got the subject awake, it was determined that he had warrants for domestic violence and assault. They took him into custody, removing the weapon and transporting him. There is no telling what his plans were for the night or at this apartment complex, but they were interrupted by a security team that actually checks suspicious vehicles found on the property!
