We are looking to hire an exceptional Tech Support / Help Desk Representative with strong unscripted technical support skills to join an elite customer service team.
The position requires a positive attitude and willingness to be a team player. You will be working for a growing business in downtown Oklahoma City and we will be hiring for 12-hour weekend shifts that are 8 am - 8 pm and can include 8-hour swing shifts (11 am - 7 pm or 1 pm - 9 pm) during the weekdays with 2 to 3 weekdays off possibly alternating weeks.

Job Requirements:
• Strong windows-based computer skills
• Strong understanding of the Internet and basic networking technologies
• High proficiency in multitasking
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including a positive and friendly attitude
• Ability to think outside the box to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Strong grammar and communication skills
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift 25 pounds
Additional skills that would be beneficial, but are not required:
• Call center tech support experience preferred
• Experience as a shift leader or training others in technical issues
• Familiarity with basic programming techniques
• Networking and/or system administration skills
• Experience with a ticket tracking system like Remedy, Track-It, Heat, or ePDSM
Starting pay will be based on experience and capability.
