After years of remarkable leadership, Ann Felton will retire as CEO of Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity at the end of 2026. As the organization prepares for its next chapter, The Mettise Group is conducting a search for an exceptional leader to serve as its next chief executive officer.

This is a unique opportunity to lead one of Oklahoma's most respected nonprofit organizations, advancing affordable homeownership, strengthening communities, and creating lasting impact for families across central Oklahoma.

The CEO will provide strategic leadership, partner closely with the board of directors, drive fundraising and community partnerships, advocate for housing solutions, and lead a talented team dedicated to Habitat's mission.
