When you think of an organization making a multi-million dollar economic impact across an entire state, you usually picture massive corporate offices and endless layers of bureaucracy.

We like to do things a little differently.

At Allied Community Services, our core team is just five people. But by combining clear purpose with the kind of discipline and precision learned in the military, that small team coordinates over 150 dedicated workers across Oklahoma.

More importantly, it means nearly 500 families get the support they need to ensure their loved ones with intellectual disabilities can live completely, abundantly, and safely in their own homes.

We often say we are punching way above our weight class, but it really just comes down to service. When you focus entirely on the people you are helping, the impact tends to take care of itself.

Huge things are happening in the world of MRD! 🚀

We just wrapped up our monthly company-wide meeting, and to say the energy was electric would be an understatement. Yours truly and Geo had the absolute pleasure of hosting this one, and man, did we have some massive news to share.

We are officially entering a brand-new chapter: MRD 2.0.

Our Chief Stewardship Officer, Rod, broke down the vision for where we’re heading next, and the momentum is real. Along with the launch, we got to officially welcome our new partners, Keith and Karen Brown, over at Brown Suga Entertainment, as well as our new COO, Yinka Akindele, to the family.

From one major announcement to the next, the entire MRD Dream Team is incredibly fired up for what’s ahead. The future looks bright, and we’re just getting started.
