A day well spent reconnecting, reimagining, and restoring. 🌿✨

The MRD Culture Retreat 2026 brought our leadership team together for a meaningful day focused on wellness, creativity, and shared vision across MRD headquarters and the Oklahoma City Museum of Art. From restorative wellness sessions and mindful floral arranging to immersive art tours and team bonding, it was the perfect reminder of what happens when we create, reset, and grow together.

Investing in our culture means investing in our people. Grateful for this team, this journey, and the work we continue to build side by side. 💫

We spent our day on August 21st doing something really special, and honestly, our hearts are still so full. The MRDDreamTeam put together a Community Giveback event to support the local kids attending Ramon A. Villareal Elementary School in Brgy. Palje, Mambusao, Capiz, Philippines as they gear up for school.

We handed out 49 backpacks packed with school supplies, toiletries, and 49 fresh pairs of slippers. A huge shoutout to Rhodora Layo and Guilbert Bercadez for sponsoring the slippers and helping make this happen.

Seeing the kids' faces light up when they grabbed their new gear was incredible. There is just no better feeling than giving back, bringing a little light to the community, and investing in the next generation. Days like this remind you what really matters.

From distribution stations and fresh haircuts in OKC to backpack hand-outs and big smiles across the globe in Mambusao, Capiz, Philippines, our team brought the energy to support the youth and serve our communities.

When purpose leads the way, distance is just a number. Thank you to everyone who showed up, volunteered, and made these events unforgettable!
