When I look at this picture, I’m reminded of why I keep going. 🥹💗

My boys have watched me build Okie Laundry Co. from the ground up since June 2025 but even more so since July 2026. They’ve seen the long days, the late nights, the stress, the wins, the tears and ALLLLL the laundry. 😂🧺

And sometimes they even jump in and help Momma carry the chaos. ❤️

This week brought some really tough moments, but it also brought so much love and support. The messages, the orders, the kind words, the reviews, and the people who reminded me that what I’m building matters.

I’m so incredibly grateful. For my customers. For my supporters. And most of all, for these boys who get to watch their mom chase a dream and work her butt off for it. 🥹❤️

Okie Laundry Co. is so much more than laundry to me. It’s something I’m building for my family, and I’m proud of that✨

We had never had My Okie Heart Pizza and More until today (literally eating right now🤪) but we are impressed and will definitely try more of their menu items next time!🍕

Of course we had to go see our girl at Sip City OKC and get some fun drinks for the afternoon of tackling a customer’s laundry order and KT got some popcorn with animal crackers😋

It’s 7-something AM, I’ve already made my protein iced coffee and I’ve been working on laundry since 6AM. 😂

ADHD is already ADHD-ing HARD today, so there’s approximately 47 things happening at once… but somehow the laundry is getting done! 🤣🙌🏼

I’ve been a little in my feelings since yesterday. 🥹

When you pour your heart, time, money, energy, and SO much of yourself into a small business, it’s hard not to take it personally when people come after it—especially when you know the things being said aren’t true.

Okie Laundry Co. isn’t just “a laundry business” to me. It’s something I’ve built with my own two hands, a whole lot of late nights, caffeine, chaos 😂 and SO much love. It’s my pride and joy.

So when the fake reviews started rolling in, I’d be lying if I said it didn’t hurt. It did. More than I probably let on.

BUT THEN… my ladies showed up. 🥹❤️

The people who have actually used my services. The ones who have experienced Okie Laundry Co. firsthand. The ones who took the time to leave kind words, share their experiences, recommend me, and defend my little business without me asking, offering anything, or incentivizing them to do it.

Y’all… THAT means more to me than you will ever know.

You didn’t have to do that. You could’ve kept scrolling. Instead, you took a few minutes out of your day to remind me that the people who genuinely know my business see the heart behind it.

So from the bottom of my heart…

THANK YOU. ❤️

Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for supporting my small business. Thank you for speaking up when you didn’t have to. And thank you for reminding me that a handful of ugly words will NEVER outweigh the love and support of the people I’ve been blessed to serve.

Wellllll… apparently that laundry post from last week really ruffled some feathers. 😂

We started receiving reviews TODAY from people who have never used Okie Laundry Co. and unfortunately, that’s not exactly how reviews are supposed to work. 😅

Just to be clear: we will ALWAYS stand behind our policies and the reasons we have them. We’re a small business handling YOUR laundry in our equipment, our home, and our workspace — so there are certain things we simply cannot accept.

You don’t have to agree with every policy we have. ❤️
You don’t even have to use our services.

But leaving a review for a service you never received? That’s a whole different story. 😂

To all of our actual customers who continue to support us, recommend us, and leave honest feedback — THANK YOU. Y’all know who you are, and we appreciate you more than you know. 🫶🏻

Now… back to washing everybody’s clothes. 😂🧺
