Another commercial door back in service! 👏

This shop door came to us off track with a broken lift cable and a failed roller, making it unsafe to operate.

✅ Reset the door back on track
✅ Replaced the broken cable
✅ Installed a new roller
✅ Tested and adjusted for smooth, safe operation

What looks like it could be a small issue can quickly turn into a major repair if it’s ignored. If your garage door is making unusual noises, looks crooked, or isn’t opening properly, don’t wait, have it inspected before more damage occurs.

If your garage door still uses an extension spring & pulley system, it may be time for an upgrade ✅

• Safer – Fewer exposed moving parts and a more controlled spring system.
• Longer Lasting – Torsion springs typically last longer than extension springs.
• Smoother Operation – Less bouncing, shaking, and noise when opening and closing.
• Better Balance – Evenly distributes the door’s weight, reducing wear on your opener.
• Lower Maintenance – No pulleys or safety cables to constantly inspect or replace.
• More Reliable – Fewer parts mean fewer things that can fail over time.

At Open Sesame Garages, we specialize in converting outdated pulley systems to modern torsion spring systems for a safer, quieter, and more dependable garage door.

Those noisy garage doors don’t happen overnight… 👀

These are old, worn-out garage door rollers we removed from a customer’s home. Over time, rollers collect dirt, wear down, and can cause your garage door to become loud, jerky, and put extra strain on your opener.

✨ Replacing worn rollers can help:
✔️ Reduce noise
✔️ Improve smooth operation
✔️ Extend the life of your garage door system
✔️ Prevent unnecessary wear on other components

If your garage door sounds louder than it used to, your rollers may be trying to tell you something.
