We are currently looking to fill 1 full-time Lead Water Damage Restoration Technician position. This position offers a $1,000 signing bonus, paid overtime, an opportunity for career growth and advancement as well as a unique quarterly incentive structure. The opening has the potential to evolve into a Project Manager role to oversee projects, oversee other technicians/subcontracted labor, serve as lead of water and fire damage team, etc.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with evaluating the extent of water damage as emergencies arise
Extraction of standing water
Carrying/transporting various equipment from vehicle to affected area of property
Assist with building containment (drying chamber) to speed up drying process
Help with demolition
Assist with cleanup
On-call availability (overtime paid at time-and-a-half)
Comply with all IICRC standard work practices
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Able to lift 75 pounds
IICRC certification preferred
Satisfactory background check
Ability to pass random drug checks
Well groomed and clean
Reliable transportation to and from work
Previous experience, at least 2 years, in field of water and fire damage restoration is required
Prior construction experience is a plus
Availability to travel and work at night and during weekends
Willingness to attend all necessary trainings

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
