I am an NEPA dental front desk temp/trainer with over 25 years of experience, serving local communities within Luzerne and Lackawanna counties and also limited areas of Wyoming county, such as Tunkhannock. I can also do remote electronic billing/pre-authorizations off-site with in-house interactions as necessary.

I am available to cover your front desk for employee vacations, call-offs, and also more long-term temping such as maternity leaves and can fill in for interim front desk re-staffing. I can train new front desk employees with limited to no dental experience in the areas of front office duties, scheduling, dental insurance, patient relations, and HIPAA compliance.

I can also train your employees to do electronic billing and pre-authorizations with attachments. I am also able to introduce dental software into your practice, do software conversion upgrades, or upload insurance fee schedules into your software.
