📢 We're Hiring! Field Office Administrator, Vieques, PR
USA Environmental, Inc. (USAE) is looking for a Field Office Administrator (FOA) for its Navy Contract at the former Camp Garcia in Vieques, Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative, payroll, and HR support to field staff; review and submit timecards and per diem logs; coordinate employee travel and OSHA physicals; maintain filing systems and personnel records; translate communications between English and Spanish; track employee leave; and support daily office operations. The work schedule for this position is Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Must pass drug test and background check
