Last Friday at the LBA was EOS day with Stas Balanevsky!

Our entrepreneurs learned about the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and how it can help them strengthen their businesses through goal setting, accountability, and building a clear vision for the future. Another great day of learning and growing together!

Last Friday, the LBA hit the road! 🚗

We visited the cohort businesses directly at their locations to see what an everyday experience is like and understand all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes!

It was great getting out into the community and seeing each business in action!
