Quick question for any brand owner reading this: When was the last time your 3PL account manager actually called you?
Not emailed. Not opened a ticket. Called.
If your answer is "I'm not sure" or "they left six months ago and nobody replaced them," that's not bad luck. That's the model.
Most 3PLs are built to scale support, not to deliver it. A real person at onboarding, a shared queue after launch, an account manager who quietly vanishes around month four.
