The sightings keep coming...

The Green Menace has now been spotted at MAA Dexter Lake and Park Place! 👀🎄

Witnesses report seeing him wandering the properties, taking notes, checking entrances, and plotting what appears to be his biggest holiday heist —the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis Christmas in July Tradeshow.

His list of confirmed sightings is growing, and he's on the move! The countdown is on!
