Bringing employees together from across all our companies for a three-day Cause Mapping program was intentional and strategic. The value goes far beyond learning a tool. The Cause Mapping class is highly valuable and directly applicable to our day-to-day operations. It strengthens how employees think, how they solve problems, and how they prevent issues from happening again. This is not just a “quality tool”—it’s a thinking discipline.

When people solve problems differently, we get inconsistent results. This program gave employees a shared language and structured approach to identifying causes and preventing problems—regardless of location, role, or company.
