Part 2 of our signature Frenched New Zealand rack of lamb, prepared in George's distinctive style. The topping comprises a basil pesto and Feta cheese blend, combined with Mediterranean All Blend and plain Panko breadcrumbs. The lamb is briefly grilled before being topped with our pesto mixture and baked/broiled to the desired temperature. Accompanied by fresh green beans sautéed in a butter, garlic white wine sauce with shallots, pine nuts, and dried cranberries.
