We are a US-based and faith-based company. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and highly reliable Liaison Officer/Project Coordinator who will help us achieve our goal. Initially, this is a part-time job with an opportunity to work full-time depending on your performance.
You are expected to do the following duties and responsibilities.
LIAISON OFFICER
- Handling all general administrative and liaison functions of the company.
- Serve as mediator, so the duties also include negotiating with others, developing and fostering relationships, getting people to understand others' points of view, and understanding their business and how it impacts its stakeholders.
- Run general errands, such as but not limited to, bills payment, bank transactions, pick up and/or deliver packages or documents.
- Perform collection activities in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Ensure proper documentation of activities by providing official receipts and other documents required for liquidation.
- Keep accurate logs and complete paperwork for tasks or activities.
- Purchase office/business supplies.
- Assist and support the Executive Assistant to the COO/CEO.
- Perform other functions that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
PROJECT COORDINATOR
- Organize the communities for livelihood programs.
- Initiate, spearhead, and facilitate activities and projects in line with the company’s mission and vision.
- Create a concept paper or proposal and budget plan for the activities and projects.
- Prepare a documentation report at the end of every activity and project.
- Responsible for the planning, monitoring, implementation, and evaluation of the projects and program.
- Prepare and submit a monthly accomplishment report of the projects and programs.
- Perform other functions that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, and other related courses
- Work experience in the development setting (NGO) is a plus
- Can work well with less supervision
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve objectives and deadlines
- Driven, reliable, and have an initiative
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Skills required such as being approachable, able to form good relationships, effective organizational skills, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2-3 years of related field experience
Can communicate in US English (written and verbal)
- Tech-savvy
- Competent working devices and stable internet connection
- Can work on a graveyard shift
- Must be familiar with Google Applications and Microsoft Applications
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills in creating reports
- Knowledgeable in using communication tools such as Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
Equipment Requirement:
- Must have own computer or laptop with at least intel core i3 and 4GB RAM (Main and Backup)
- Reliable internet connection min speed of 25Mbps
- Noise cancellation headset/earphones
