This is a good example of why you don't want to wait when you have a water leak.

At this property, the leak started about 7 days before we were called. Unfortunately, the source of the leak wasn't able to be repaired until day 6. We were called the following day to start the mitigation and drying process.

Once we started removing the affected drywall, we found a large amount of mold growth behind the wall. From the outside, the homeowner had no idea it was there.
