On this solemn anniversary, we pay tribute to the brave firefighters, first responders, and all those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.

Today, we honor and remember the heroes and their unwavering courage, selflessness, and sacrifice. We stand united in their memory and will continue to honor them through our dedication to safety, service, and helping others. Their legacy lives on in the resilience of our nation and the spirit of our community.

Please join us this morning as we observe a moment of silence to honor and remember those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Beginning at 9:11am, each of our stations will pull their fire apparatus out onto the apron and will activate their emergency lights while observing a minute of silence in tribute. We invite you to join us during this time as we remember and honor the fallen.

We had SUCH a great time teaching a fire extinguisher class for RICON: River Crawlers of Nebraska last weekend! 💪🏻🏞️🧯

This ALL women's retreat works to empower women who own off-roading 4X4 vehicles. We had the chance to talk about the importance of fire protection, and how to operate an extinguisher.

We donated some fire extinguishers for the attendees, and they took us on an off-roading adventure. 🏔️🚙

What a great end to another successful week at FireGuard. All Service Technicians and Install Technicians gathered today for lunch at the office after a busy morning out in the field. Following lunch, Technicians broke up into their individual departments and met with their corresponding managers.

Jeff (Fire Extinguisher and Kitchen Hood Service Manager), Rod ( Former CEO of Getz Fire Equipment), and Travis (Engineered Systems Manager) attended the National Association of Fire Equipment Distributors Annual Conference in Las Vegas end of last week, where they gathered industry and NFPA updates.

The Omaha Fire Department stopped by the other day to pick up their SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) tanks that FireGuard Hydrostatic Tested this week. A Hydrostatic Test is a method to validate the structural integrity and safety of a cylinder throughout its service life. A Hydrostatic Test is due on an SCBA tank every 5 years.
