Today, Riley Protection Group proudly participated in the rescheduled Juneteenth Parade, working alongside our law enforcement partners, city officials, the NAACP, and, most importantly, members of our community.

At RPG, our stance has always been community first, and today was a perfect example of what that means. Our officers handed out more than 1,000 popsicles and 1,000 bottles of bubbles while engaging with families, children, and community members throughout the celebration.

It was an amazing day filled with positivity, unity, and community engagement, with no major issues or incidents.

We sincerely thank all of our law enforcement partners, event organizers, city officials, volunteers, and everyone who helped create a safe and secure environment that allowed us to get out, connect, and enjoy the community we proudly serve.

Over the weekend, Riley Protection Group had the honor of participating in the Hood to Hood Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway, presented by Riley Protection Group owner Bryan Riley, alongside dedicated members of our community.

This weekend was about much more than giving away backpacks and school supplies. It was about unity, giving back, and bringing our communities together.

One of the most powerful parts of these events was providing individuals from different neighborhoods, includinOmaha Police Departmentciated with gangs, an opportunity to come together for something positive and give back to the children and families in their own communities. It was a reminder that regardless of someone’s background, everyone has the ability to show compassion, contribute to their neighborhood, and make a positive difference.

Riley Protection Group was proud to help keep each event safe while also doing our part to bridge the gap between the community and those who wear a uniform. Building trust starts with showing up, communicating, and allowing people to see one another beyond labels, titles, or past circumstances.

We were also honored by a surprise visit from Omaha Police Chief Todd Schmaderer and Executive Deputy Chief Sherie Thomas, along with Sgt. Pettrick and Sgt. Emilio Luna of the Gang Unit. They took time to interact with the community, support the events, and hand out stickers to the kids. Their presence made an already special weekend even more meaningful.

Most importantly, we want to thank every volunteer, family member, friend, community member, and supporter who helped make Hood to Hood possible. None of this could have happened without people willing to donate their time, resources, and energy for our children.

There was so much love shown in every neighborhood we visited. Seeing people from different walks of life come together, laugh together, give back together, and put differences aside for the kids was something truly special.

Different neighborhoods. Different backgrounds. One community. One purpose — our kids and their future.

Over the past several weeks, Riley Protection Group (RPG) has had the honor of serving our community through a variety of events, including drill team competitions, political gatherings, youth advocacy events, and, unfortunately, homicide prayer walks. No matter the circumstance, our commitment remains the same putting the community first. We believe in serving with compassion, respect, and integrity. Regardless of zip code, race, or ethnicity, we are dedicated to protecting and supporting everyone with love, unity, and a genuine commitment to making our communities safer for all.

Riley Protection Group (RPG) is proud to be assisting the Bellevue (Nebraska) Police Department City of Bellevue, Nebraska and event organizers in ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for everyone attending the Bellevue Rocks Riverfront Festival Carnival. The event will run June 11th-14th at American Heroes Park. We encourage everyone to come out and enjoy this great family-friendly event. Please be advised that a strict no-bag policy is in effect, with clear bags only permitted, except for diaper bags for children. In addition, our screening officers will be conducting thorough security checks and will strictly enforce all prohibited item policies. Weapons of any kind — including pepper spray, knives, fi****ms, or any item that could reasonably be classified as a weapon — will not be permitted inside the event grounds. Our top priority is maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests. This is a great opportunity for families and community members to come together, have fun, and enjoy a well-protected event experience. We look forward to seeing the community come out and enjoy a safe weekend with us.

RPG had the honor of assisting in the oversight of a truly special event hosted by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Jabberwock Pageant. This remarkable program highlighted and celebrated youth, inspiring them to reach for the stars while uplifting future generations. Scholarships were awarded to outstanding young Black females in the community who have demonstrated excellence and leadership. It was a beautiful and well-executed formal event. As always, Greek organizations continue to set a high standard of excellence in their programming. We extend our appreciation to all of Greek life, with a special thank you to the Deltas for the opportunity to be a part of such a meaningful and impactful occasion.

Yesterday, RPG assisted in providing security for a dance team competition hosted by the Destruction Drill Team, which drew an attendance of over 600 individuals. The event was completed without a single incident, reflecting the strength and unity of our community. We extend our appreciation to the Destruction Drill-Team for hosting a well-organized event, and a special acknowledgment to the parents whose involvement and guidance ensured the participants remained respectful and well-disciplined throughout.

RPG assisted in securing a balloon release yesterday in support of community advocates grieving the loss of a beloved family member. Moments like these remind us that even a single loss is one too many. Every life lost leaves a lasting impact—not only on the immediate family, but on the entire community as a whole. During times of grief, it is essential that we come together to support one another, uplift those who are hurting, and stand in unity from community to law enforcement as we all have families. Our thoughts and prayers are with the all those affected by violence.

All politics aside, RPG provided security for the “No Kings” event at Gallagher Park in Omaha yesterday. Regardless of political beliefs, we respond when called and are committed to protecting the rights and safety of all individuals, especially during challenging times.
